ORIGIN OF
THE ANTI AA CONCEPT
My name is Charles Hurst. I used to be an alcoholic. I was addicted to alcohol for thirteen years. Then I quit. I didn't go to AA, didn't start a twelve-step program and didn't relive my past night after night in the rooms. I incorporated a holistic reinvention which included resolving the demons that led to drinking. Alcoholics Anonymous has a dismal success rate as its methods should have been modified long ago. Take this journey with me and learn to not only stay sober, but to become the best version of yourself, not someone who exists in the rooms most nights years into sobriety.

REINVENTION OF SELF
In AA, they continuously focus on the past whether your first week, year or decades in "the rooms." They remain physically unhealthy and mentally damaged. In my program the focus is a reconstruction of all planes. Fitness, meditation, career progression and a peaceful and fulfilled spiritual realm is the goal.

AA IS A FAILED PROGRAM
AA fails most. That is a simple fact. And the ones who do stay sober are trapped in the rooms for the rest of their lives. They continually live in the past with their circle's constant rehashing of the stories of their alcoholic days. They state you are always an addict, always diseased. I say you can be cured. You don't need twelve steps. You need one. Never touch alcohol again. And then reinvent your existance to become the best version of yourself, even better than your pre-drinking days.
